Hearing fees

Know the fee before we appear.

City fines and penalties are separate. We confirm the covered hearing and any additional work in writing. Your lawyer will tell you if your testimony or participation is needed.

  • Telephone hearing — $100 per hearing

    Local counsel appears on your behalf at the agreed telephone hearing.

  • In-person hearing — $500 one time

    One-time attorney appearance fee for the agreed hearing. In-person hearings require advance scheduling and OATH approval.

  • Additional work

    Any additional preparation, repeat appearance, appeal, correction filing, or other work is confirmed separately in writing. No result is guaranteed.
